Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 7 days after receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with your order and do not ask for a refund/exchange before 7 days after receiving it, unfortunately we cannot offer you a change or refund. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the approval or rejection of your exchange/ refund.

  • If your return is approved, your payment will be returned to you within 30 days.
  • If your change is approved, we will proceed to send you a new product subject to the same shipping conditions for which you had previously paid.

To inspect your return, you must return your product to one of our warehouses. The shipping address will be provided to you depending on your country of residence. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the item.These shipping costs are not refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. 

*Please note: All sales are final. We will not accept returns for changes in color or size. Make sure you have selected the desired product option before check-out.

Late refunds

Banks may take up to 30 business days to process  your refund.
