What is the shipping time of my package?

Our shipping times vary depending on the shipping country:

  • U.S.A: 3-6 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 6-9 weeks

After your payment, you will receive a tracking number. Feel free to check on your package anytime!

How long does my package take to be processed?

Depending on the time of the year and actual demand, processing times could take up to 3 business days.

What is the shipping costs?

*Please note: My Travel Experience Store is not responsible for any taxes or custom fees at the country of arrival. Free shipping is available only to full priced items and items on-sale. If you select a "free +shipping" item, shipping fees may be added. 

What happens if my package does not arrive in time?

Due to possible delays at customs, if you have not received your package after 15 extra business days of the shipping time stated above, please let us know at mytravelexperience23@gmail.com to evaluate your case and support you.

What happens if I wrote a wrong shipping address?

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible! Please make sure to write correctly your address. If you notice you made a mistake, contact us immediately, so we can correct it before your order has been sent to you.

We are not responsible for missing deliveries if the buyer has provided a wrong address.

*Please note: Since there are no custom nor carrier guaranties when the package has arrived to the country of destination, My Travel Experience Store is not responsible for failed deliveries that were not claimed by the buyer either at customs or at the carrier's warehouse.
